Arzu FIRUZ was born in Istanbul from a Turkish father and a Panamanian mother. Therefore her approach reflects her multicultural childhood.

She Graduated in 2006 from Paris art and design school Ecole Duperre. She is living and working in France as a freelance designer.

Her main influence is oriental artisanship. She takes as a starting point historical and traditional references which she blends with modern elements and materials from « everyday life ». Her products question the artisanship and mass production, the settled way of life and nomadism.
